I am a single traveller - do I have to share a room with someone if I book on a tour?

There are two options for single travellers on most tours.

1) Choose the twin share option and you will be paired up with another single traveller of the same sex that you will share a room with whilst on tour. If your tour group does not have any other single travellers of the same sex, you will receive a private room.

2) If you do not want to share a room you can pay a single supplement. This supplement will guarantee you a private room.

Please be aware some tours do have a compulsory single supplement and do not allow you to share with another tour member – you must pay the supplement and you will receive a private room.

I have a group of people that are traveling together - can you do group bookings?

Absolutely! We are specialist in group travel bookings, we have two dedicated group travel consultants. We can take all the hassle out of your group travel booking and negotiate group prices for you.

What times are your office open?

We are open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and Saturday from 9:30am to 1pm.

When should I make a booking?

It is never too early to book! During traditional busy periods (Christmas, New Years, Easter) it is always recommended to book early. If you are booking a tour to a location such as the polar region you will want to book early to get the dates and cabins your are after. Tours with limited numbers sell up well in advance. If you are a booking a tour that will be physically demanding, such as a Kokoda Trek or trip to Everest Base Camp, you will want to book in plenty of time to allow yourself time to train appropriately for your adventure.

Many tours and airlines offer great early bird discounts. This is a great opportunity to stretch your travel dollar by getting in early and locking in your travel plans at great discounted prices.

We recommend the Scout Outdoor Centre and Annapurna store for you travel gear. If you book your travel with us, you will receive a 15% discount voucher to be used in the store.
