We fly to Luxor (Flight not included in the price) to join our cruise which offers a unique chance to visit picturesque local villages and idyllic islands. You will visit many unforgettable sites along the Nile River between Luxor and Aswan, sites that are unique to Dahabiyas which you won’t find on large cruises; such as Al-Ramadi Island where you can have dinner on the island then get entertained with a unique Rababa Egyptian show then have an overnight alongside the nature. You will also get a chance to meetup with locals and spend the day perceiving how they truly live. Another eccentric adventure provided by our cruise is at Hor Diab island where you can have the best swimming experience in the purest and clearest Nile water in the appealing weather.

Itinerary



Day 1 - Day 1. Cairo
On arrival you will be met at the airport and transferred to your hotel, The Hyatt Regency West.
Day 2 - Day 2. Pyramids and Sphinx
What a way to start. You will spend the day visiting the Pyramids, Memphis, Sakkara and The Sphinx, some of the greatest sites of antiquity.
Day 3 - Day 3. Cairo Museum and Citadel
Many of the finest relics that have been discovered in Egypt over the last 200 years are housed in the National Museum in Cairo. You will spend the day visiting the Cairo Museum and Saladin's Castle, the Cairo Citadel, built in the 12th Century.
Day 4 - Day 4. Luxor and join the cruise.
After a morning flight to Luxor (not included in the price) you will embark in Luxor and lunch on board. After Lunch you will visit the magnificent Luxor & Karnak Temples. Dinner under the stars and overnight on the West bank of the Nile.
Day 5 - Day 5. Valley of the Kings
Breakfast on board. You will visit the West Bank sights, including The Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut temple and the Colossi of Memnon. After lunch on board you sail to Esna and take tea on the Sun Deck. You will dine as we sail and we will spend the night moored on an island.
Day 6 - Day 6. Edfu Temple
You will have breakfast while crossing Esna Lock. Lunch will be on board while cruising and you will then have the chance to visit Edfu Temple. You will sail to to Al Ramady Island for the evening where you will enjoy dinner on a private island along with an Egyptian Rababa Show. A Rababa is a traditional Egyptian stringed instrument.
Day 7 - Day 7. To Aswan
Breakfast on board while sailing to Kom Ombo where you can visit the unusual double temple. After lunch on board while cruising you will arrive at Hor Diab Island and have the chance to swim in the purest and cleanest water of the Nile River. You will be served dinner on board while sailing to Aswan where we spend the night.
Day 8 - Day 8. Aswan Dam and Philae Temple
After breakfast on board you can visit the Philae Temple and the High dam. You will have lunch on board and then there is an optional visit to a traditional Nubian Village. Dinner on board.
Day 9 - Day 9. Abu Simbel
After breakfast on board you can enjoy an optional early morning visit to the Abu Simbel Temple In the afternoon you will have lunch on board while sailing to el Ramady Island.
Day 10 - Day 10. Back to Luxor
You will cruise early in the morning to Esna and take breakfast enroute. After traversing the lock at Esna enjoy lunch on board while sailing to Luxor Arrive to Luxor and enjoy the amazing Sound & Light Show. Dinner and overnight in Luxor West Bank.
Day 11 - Day 11. Cairo
Disembark in Luxor, transfer to Luxor Airport.
