Overview
Vessel Type: Luxury Small Ship Length: 142 metres Passenger Capacity: 264 Built: 2013 Sailing under the French flag, this magnificent yacht of only 132 staterooms and suites, with balconies, joined in 2013. You will be enchanted by the contemporary decor inspired by the luxury yachting world, with fluid lines and a modern colour scheme combining natural wood with shades of grey and white. A refined ambience is enhanced by the quality of the workmanship and materials: white Corian counters in the lobby contrast with the warmth of leather to recall a boat's hull, while the central scuplture of enamelled pieces takes its inspiration from the sea.  In the loungebar, the carpet picks up a tennis stripe theme symbolising a certain idea of cruising, one synonomous with French elegance and a chic seaside spirit.

Itinerary

Day 1 - Day 1 - Manila
On first sight, the Philippines' capital shows its highly Americanised Asian megalopolis side, with ultramodern skyscrapers set all along the waterfront. But when you stroll through the cobbled streets of the Intramuros district, you'll discover a different side of Manila, one that's full of old-world charm. An enchanted pause in the middle of urban bustle, Rizal Park's 60 hectares of magnificent green parkland is perfect for recharging your batteries. To see the city from a different angle, take a walk along Roxas boulevard, a popular seaside promenade.
Day 2 - Day 2 - At sea
During your journey at sea, make the most of the many services and activities on board. Treat yourself to a moment of relaxation in the spa or stay in shape in the fitness centre. Depending on the season, let yourself be tempted by the swimming pool or a spot of sunbathing. This journey without a port of call will also be an opportunity to enjoy the conferences or shows proposed on board, depending on the activities offered, or to do some shopping in the boutique or to meet the PONANT photographers in their dedicated space. As for lovers of the open sea, they will be able to visit the ship’s upper deck to admire the spectacle of the waves and perhaps be lucky enough to observe marine species. A truly enchanted interlude, combining comfort, rest and entertainment.
Day 3 - Day 3 - Iloilo
Nicknamed the “Heart of the Philippines”, the town of Iloilo, located on the island of Panay, is the capital of the province with the same name. It is famous for its refined culture, its UNESCO-recognised gastronomy and its lively cultural festivals. As the former economic centre of the Philippines during the sugar industry days, it possesses rich historic heritage, which can be seen in its colonial Spanish architecture.
Day 4 - Day 4 - Kalanggaman Island
Picture-perfect Kalanggaman Island reveals a setting of rare purity, edged with beaches of white sand and gracious coconut trees. Its elegant sandbar, which stretches toward the horizon with the shifting tides, gives the island a unique silhouette, as if suspended between the sky and the sea. Surrounded by preserved coral reefs, it is home to teeming sea life and ideal for snorkelling in the crystal-clear waters. You will be able to choose between a peaceful beach perfect for swimming and other wilder beaches, their sea beds directly accessible from the shore. Offering both contemplation and exploration, this port of call will be a breathtaking moment of escape.
Day 5 - Day 5 - Limasawa
The island of Limasawa is small, authentic, wild and well-preserved. It has historic importance, since it is known around the world as the cradle of Christianity in the Philippines. Luxuriant forests line its coastline, and many sites are perfect for diving. You will ride a tricycle up to Magellan’s Cross, an iconic site located on the island’s heights, before coming back down in the direction of the small temple and a wishing well where you will see typical shows and taste some local dishes. During a boat trip along the wooded coast, you will be able to go snorkelling and admire a great variety of coral and fish. Offering both discovery and relaxation, this port of call promises a total change of scenery.
Day 6 - Day 6 - Higatangan island
On the preserved shores of Higatangan Island, time seems to stand still, between history, traditions and the softness of the tropics. Once a place of waiting and transit, this island, home to many fisherman, now reveals a peaceful atmosphere. Its spectacular immaculate sandbar stretches over the sea like an invitation to escape. During an immersion on foot, set off to meet local communities, and discover the delicate art of weaving and ancestral know-how, before enjoying a traditional feast showcasing authentic flavours. You will be able to observe the traditional stages of fishing boat construction, help paint one of them, and applaud a local music group and majorettes. Between moments of sharing, cultural immersions and pure relaxation with your feet in the water, this rare excursion will provide an experience that is as intimate as it is unforgettable.
Day 7 - Day 7 - Sibuyan Island
Sibuyan is the second largest island in the Romblon archipelago and has always been isolated from the other islands in the Philippines, a particularity that is due to its geological history. The island remains very much untouched and wild. It boasts an exceptional ecosystem and is home to several endemic species, which is why it is sometimes dubbed “the Galápagos of Asia”. Dominated by Mount Guiting-Guiting, which rises to an altitude of more than 2,000 metres or 6,750 feet, it will provide a perfect insight into the natural beauty and culture diversity of these parts. Right near Sibuyan, you could get the chance to swim at the beautiful white-sand beaches on the minuscule Cresta de Gallo Island, surrounded by crystal-clear waters.
Day 8 - Day 8 - Calapan
Calapan, the lively capital of the Oriental Mindoro province, will reveal itself as the privileged gateway to still-preserved landscapes. Behind the hustle and bustle of its port, which connects the island to Batangas, there lies a territory of soothing beauty, in which golden rice paddies and lush nature form an enchanting setting. Only a few minutes away, the atmosphere changes and makes way for an authentic immersion into the heart of the Mangyan community, the guardians of ancestral traditions and fine craftsmanship. With a warm welcome, cultural discoveries and moments of relaxation in an extraordinary natural setting, this port of call invites you to explore an intimate and refined facet of the Philippines, featuring living heritage and the softness of the tropics.
