Description
This voyage traces a varied Atlantic route from Ireland to northern Spain, weaving together historic ports, island communities, and renowned cultural centres. Departing Dublin, the journey follows Ireland’s south coast before crossing to the Scilly Isles and the characterful harbours of southern England. French highlights include the artistic quays of Honfleur, the island landscapes of Brittany, and an extended stay along the Garonne in Bordeaux, where maritime history meets wine culture. The route then continues south to the Basque Country, concluding in Bilbao after visits to San Sebastián’s celebrated coastline and culinary scene.
Wine and culinary expert Manuel Hornemann will accompany this voyage and offer culinary shore excursions.
