Originally accommodating 184 guests, she now carries 140 expeditioners for more spacious and comfortable voyages, supported by a fleet of 14 Zodiacs for immersive expedition experiences. Measuring 124 m in length with an 18 m beam and 4.97 m draft, Heritage Adventurer has a gross tonnage of 8,378 gt and is powered by twin 3,940 hp engines, reaching a maximum speed of 15 knots and cruising at 12 knots over a range of 8,600 nautical miles. Day 1 - Day 1 Singapore | Embark
In the morning embark Heritage Adventurer. Join your fellow travelers for the Captain’s Welcome Reception and Dinner on board tonight.
Day 2 - Day 2 Day at Sea
Wake this morning to breakfast and stunning views as you spend a day cruising. Relax and enjoy some of the ship’s many amenities while sailing east to the Java Sea and Borneo, Indonesia.
Day 3 - Day 3 Borneo, Indonesia
Today look out for orangutans and long-nosed proboscis monkeys during an excursion in Tanjung Puting National Park. Aboard a Zodiac boat, float through the tropical rainforest in search of these fascinating primates for a truly thrilling and memorable experience.
Day 4 - Day 4 Day at Sea
Soak up stunning views as you spend a day cruising. Enjoy a lecture and delicious meals while sailing south to Semarang in Java.
Day 5 - Day 5 Semarang, Java
Choose an included excursion today. Visit the Borobudur Temple Compounds, one of the greatest Buddhist monuments in the world, built in the eighth and ninth centuries. After an Indonesian buffet lunch, continue on to Prambanan temple. Built in the 10th century, it is the largest Hindu temple in Indonesia, with 240 temples in the complex. As an alternative to that full-day excursion, opt for the guided tour of Semarang to observe the fascinating process of batik making, experience a traditional Indonesian lunch and explore Kota Lama’s Dutch Old Town.
Day 6 - Day 6 Day at Sea
Enjoy a relaxing day at sea as the ship sails east to Badas in Sumbawa.
Day 7 - Day 7 Badas, Sumbawa
In Pamalang you’ll be greeted by the head of the village before learning about the fascinating local culture. Observe community members pounding rice and weaving. Each region in Indonesia has unique weaving techniques, patterns and motifs. Next, experience the thrill of an exciting Sumbawa buffalo race. In this exhilarating cultural spectacle, pairs of water buffalo are harnessed together and guided by jockeys who ride on small wooden sleds, using their bare hands and feet to balance.
Day 8 - Day 8 Loh Liang, Komodo Island
Take a walking safari in Komodo National Park, celebrated for its stunning landscapes, diverse marine life and its most famous residents, the Komodo dragons. These formidable reptiles are Earth’s largest lizards — up to 10 feet in length and weighing up to 300 pounds — and the top predators in their ecosystem. The park is home to other wildlife, including wild boars, water buffaloes, macaques and diverse bird and marine life populations. Enjoy a Captain’s Farewell Reception and Dinner this evening.
Day 9 - Day 9 Benoa, Bali | Disembark
This morning, disembark and continue with your onward travel plans.
