Day 1 - Day 1 Kuching MALAYSIA / SARAWAK
Embarkation 3 pm - Overnight in port.
Day 2 - Day 2 Kuching MALAYSIA / SARAWAK
Today our optional excursion will take us to the BakoNational Park in search for the world- famous proboscisMonkeys. In the afternoon we board the Panorama II rightfrom the beach and sail to nearby Lakei Island for anafternoon of relaxation. Overnight at sea to Mukah.
Day 3 - Day 3 Mukah MALAYSIA / SARAWAK
Mid-day arrival in Mukah. Disembarkation and optionalexcursion in the Melanau Heartland home of the Melanau.Visit Lamin Dana, a traditional Melanau house built above thewater. Marvel at their intricate costumes and handicraft.Overnight at anchor.
Day 4 - Day 4 MALAYSIA / SARAWAK
Full-day optional excursion to Sibu, a city built along themight Rajan River, the largest river of Malaysia. Spend themorning in town, strolling around Old Sibu markets and visitthe 7 Storey Chinese Pagoda. After lunch go up river withfast boats in Iban territory. Late evening return to Sibu andMukah - Overnight at sea to Bintulu.
Day 5 - Day 5 Bintulu MALAYSIA / SARAWAK
Morning arrival in Bintulu. Our optional excursion will takeus to Similajau National Park designed around a mangroveforest and the Likau River. Later we will drive back to townand we will strol through Pasar Utama and Pasar Tamumarkets. Back to the ship for a late lunch. Overnight at seato Miri.
Day 6 - Day 6 Miri MALAYSIA / SARAWAK
Early morning disembarkation. This morning our optionalexcursion will take us by plane to Gunung National Park,a World Heritage site. During the first day there will be timeto take the 3km elevated plank-walk to Lang Cave, the largestcave passage in the world. Explore the impressive stalactitesand stalagmites before proceeding to Deer Cave; Lessadventurous guests can select the Iban Longhouse &Lambir Hill & Waterfalls optional excursion. In theevening we sail to Brunei. Overnight at sea.
Day 7 - Day 7 Brunei - Bandar Seri Begawan SULTANATE OF BRUNEI
Today you will discover the Sultanate of Brunei 2 facets withyour full-day optional tour. First Brunei's countryside andthe rural life of the Dusun, Iban and Kedayan indigenouspeople. Enjoy lunch and a Ngajat traditioonal danceperformance. Return to town and revel at the Palace of Lightand other intricate monuments and palaces. Overnight at seato Kota Kinabalu
Day 8 - Day 8 Kota Kinabalu MALAYSIA / SABAH
Morning arrival in Kota Kinabalu, the capital of the Sabahregion and also often called KK. We have two optionalexcursions in today’s program. A day excursion by air toSandakan in North Borneo for a full day at the Sepilok Orangutan Reserve and a Kinabatangan River cruise. Alternativelyyou can select the Kianbalu Park and Poring Hot Spring tourin the area of the Kinabalu mountain, Southeast Asia'shighest mountain. A 41-high canopy walk will allow you toadmire Borneos's fauna and flora. Farewell dinner at thesounds of Malay music.
Day 9 - Day 9 Kota Kinabalu MALAYSIA / SABAH
Disembarkation 9:00 to 10:00.
