Itinerary



Day 1 - Day 1 ASWAN - KOM OMBO
Your Dahabiya adventure begins with a warm welcome on arrival at Aswan Airport, where you will be met and assisted before setting out to explore some of the city's most fascinating ancient sites. Visit the beautiful Philae Temple, dedicated to the goddess Isis, and discover the impressive Unfinished Obelisk, offering a unique insight into ancient Egyptian stone-working techniques. Following these visits, embark on your elegant Dahabiya and enjoy an orientation session introducing the cruise experience. After lunch on board, begin sailing along the Nile towards Kom Ombo, where you will visit the remarkable riverside temple dedicated to Sobek and Horus. In the evening, enjoy dinner on board as the vessel continues its scenic journey towards Edfu, where you can relax and take in the tranquil atmosphere of the Nile. Overnight on board.
Day 2 - Day 2 EDFU
After breakfast on board, arrive in Edfu and travel by traditional horse-drawn carriage to visit the magnificent Temple of Edfu, one of the best-preserved temples in Egypt. Dedicated to the falcon-headed god Horus, this impressive site offers a fascinating glimpse into the country's ancient history. Returning to the Dahabiya, enjoy lunch on board as you begin sailing towards Luxor. Spend the afternoon relaxing on deck and admiring the ever-changing scenery along the Nile. In the evening, savour dinner on board before arriving in Esna for an overnight stay, enjoying the peaceful atmosphere of life on the river.
Day 3 - Day 3 EDFU - LUXOR
Enjoy breakfast on board as your Dahabiya continues its leisurely sail towards the historic city of Luxor. Upon arrival, take time to soak in the atmosphere of one of Egypt's most legendary destinations before enjoying lunch on board. In the afternoon, discover the wonders of Luxor's East Bank with visits to the magnificent Karnak Temple complex and the striking Luxor Temple, two of the most impressive monuments of ancient Egypt. Return to the vessel later in the day and relax before dinner is served on board. Spend the evening at leisure and enjoy an overnight stay in Luxor, surrounded by the timeless beauty of the Nile.
Day 4 - Day 4 LUXOR
After breakfast on board, it is time to bid farewell to your Dahabiya and disembark for a final day of discovery in Luxor. Explore the legendary Valley of the Kings, the royal burial site of Egypt's pharaohs, before visiting the impressive Temple of Hatshepsut, one of the country's most remarkable ancient monuments. You will also stop at the iconic Colossi of Memnon, two towering statues that have stood guard over the Theban Necropolis for thousands of years. Following your sightseeing tour, you will be transferred to Luxor Airport for your onward flight, bringing your unforgettable Nile cruise journey to a close.
